Hello my friends, I have dragged my feet to update you on my menu change! Here it goes:
Cookie:
these were way too popular to let go! -Panetela de Guayaba (aka Guava Bar Cookie or Guava Cookie Bar lol)
Pastry:
-Scones (now gluten free and still vegan)
*Carrot and Curry Thyme
*Cran-orange Almond
Bread:
-Mallorcas (aka sweet snail bread)
-Cardamom Blood Orange Buns (a delicious walnut oil brioche-challah style dough filled with browned butter/honey/blood orange and covered in cardamom sugar) -Gluten Free Quick-bread *Strawberry-Basil Balsamic *Blueberry-Banana Rum
Cake:
-Coconut Passionfruit Vegan Layer Cake (sold by the slice)
-Pineapple Upside-down Cake (sold as a 6 inch round)

***This menu will change again for the fall season, around the first or second Saturday of September (I'll do better to keep you posted, promise).***
